The Kenya Cardiac Society (KCS) is a professional body dedicated to promoting excellence in cardiovascular care in Kenya and the greater East African region. We bring together cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, nurses, researchers, and allied health professionals who share a common goal: improving heart health outcomes for all Kenyans.

  • 2000

    Foundation

    Kenya Cardiac Society officially established by a group of pioneering Kenyan cardiologists.

  • 2005

    First Annual Congress

    Inaugural KCS Annual Congress held in Nairobi with 150 delegates — launching the society's flagship scientific meeting.

    Growing impact

    500+ active members with influence across East Africa in clinical care, training, research, and advocacy.
